Submission Grappling

Practical mix of jiu jitsu, wrestling, and catch wrestling designed to give you a simple but effective grappling base.

Based around multiple schools of No Gi Jiu Jitsu grappling from the likes of IBJJF Masters Champion John Connors, Eddie Bravo's unique 10th Planet system, ADCC Absolute Bronze Medalist Lachlan Giles, and the jiu jitsu guru John Danaher; We've put together a curriculum that is founded in the basics, but has lots of ideas and techniques that are anything but ordinary.

Striking Strength & Conditioning

If you're not training for strength and conditioning, you'll be upset if you find yourself across from an opponent who has.

Our program is based around a 30 minute circuit; 10 rotating stations that incorporate punching, proprioceptive exercises, and stength and agility movements to make you a better all around athlete.

At the beginning of class we learn proper form, punch mechanics, footwork, and defense; as well as any other new movements for the day.

This program is perfect if you just want an intense sweat or aspire to test yourself in competition.

MMA Footwork & Striking

A mix of traditional Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing, but with a twist. Power starts from the ground, and our MMA Striking class is heavy on proper footwork and balance.  Footwork is one of the most over looked staples of striking we have witnessed in our travels and it starts the basis of our program.

Partner drills, bag work, optional sparring, and 1 on 1 work with the coaches are all part of our program designed to get you fighting fit. For the aspiring MMA fighter, and someone who just wants an intense workout.

Endless Possibilities

Prefight preparations

Learn what your new possible can be.

For all my victories that I've had in martial arts, my favorite moment was convincing my teammate that he could do a pull up and seeing the joy on his face as he did his first ever one at age 40. He had been overweight his entire life, and after his massive weight loss from training he was able to accomplish something he never thought possible. I'll never forget it as long as I live and it's one of the most gratifying moments of my entire life which was only possible through the camaraderie martial arts brought to my life.
